Once received, your request will be processed and your contact information will be removed from our CRM communications list.
4. Messaging Consent and Opt-Out
If you have provided your contact details to Smarttech Integration (for example through a contact form, service enquiry, or customer interaction), you may receive communications related to:
- Service enquiries
- Project updates
- Technical support
- Business communications
You may opt out of these communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to a WhatsApp message from Smarttech Integration
- Emailing STOP to SI-web@smarttechintegration.com
Once an opt-out request is received, we will remove your contact information from CRM messaging lists.
5. WhatsApp CRM Messaging Compliance
To comply with UK PECR regulations and WhatsApp messaging policies, Smarttech Integration only communicates with users who have:
- Contacted us directly
- Submitted an enquiry through our website
- Given consent to be contacted regarding our services
All WhatsApp CRM messages may include a short notice informing recipients that they can opt out at any time.

This practice helps ensure transparent communication and allows users to easily manage their messaging preferences.
6. How to Request Data Deletion
You may also request deletion of your personal data through the website.
Please include the following information in your request:

- Email address associated with the data
- Description of the data you want deleted
This helps us locate and process your request more efficiently.
7. Verification Process
For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing a data deletion request. This prevents unauthorised removal of data.
8. Processing Time
We aim to process verified data deletion requests within 30 days, in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
In some cases, this period may be extended if the request is complex or involves multiple systems.
